What are your methods of payment?

We accept Cash, American Express, Mastercard & Visa credit cards. Sorry, but only businesses that have a store charge account with us can pay by check.

How do I go about obtaining an open charge account with Maxwell Turf?

You can either stop in and fill out an application or click here to download an application then fax it to 631.643.6388 or email it back to us at sales@maxwellturf.com.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours are seasonal, so therefore they can change with the weather conditions and are as follows:
March 23 through August 31
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm and closed on Sundays.

September 1 – November 31
Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, closed on Sundays

Dec 1 through April 31
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays

Can I get my order delivered?

We do offer product deliveries for businesses on Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn and New York City. Should you be outside that area, please give us a call for some more information on shipping details. We do require a small delivery fee for homeowners, which may be waived depending on the size of your order.

Do you service the equipment you sell?

Yes, we definitely service what we sell. We have a mechanic on hand 5 days a week to handle any concerns or problems you may have.

Do you sell landscaping equipment & parts?

We have a full service parts and service department. Air filters, fuel filters, spark plug, blades, tires and oil filters for the major brands are always in stock.
